An eco-friendly cooling system that produces chilled water from unused exhaust gas. We have developed a low-temperature exhaust-gas absorption chiller-heater that achieves a COP of 1.21.

The exhaust-gas absorption unit can be supplied as an integrated package with chilled-water pumps, cooling-water pumps, and piping, reducing electricity use and carbon emissions.

Suitable for a wide range of sites that generate exhaust gas at 300–700°C—including plants, fuel cells, and incinerators—and capable of producing chilled water at 7°C.
